Any person accessing the RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN Website will be considered a User. The User agrees to use the Website and the services available through it in accordance with the law, moral standards, good practices, and public order, as well as with the provisions set forth in this legal clause. Consequently, the User is obligated not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or effects and/or contrary to what is established, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties, or that in any way could damage the Website or prevent its normal use or the use of the services accessible through it.

Refusal to provide the data classified as mandatory with an asterisk (*) on collection forms, if any, or failure to expressly or unequivocally accept this privacy policy will make it impossible to provide the requested service to the User.
  • The purposes of data processing are directed at providing the services that the User may request, properly identifying the User requesting personalized services, conducting statistical studies to design improvements in the services provided, managing job applications and including them in future recruitment processes, conducting training actions, managing basic administrative tasks, and communicating, either by email or by other means, news, products, and services related to RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN or third-party collaborators that may be of interest (always identified as such).

Gift Card

Terms of use

Our Gift Cards are valid for use at our Michelin-starred Gaytán Restaurant (2017), with a validity period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

They can be used at any time during the restaurant’s operating hours, subject to availability.

The establishment reserves the right to redeem up to two gift cards per lunch or dinner service, with a total of 4 gift cards redeemed per day.
