Privacy Policy

In compliance with current legislation, specifically Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), whose purpose is to guarantee and protect, regarding the processing of personal data, the freedoms and fundamental rights of natural persons, and in particular their honor and personal privacy, RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN informs users that:

• Any personal data that the User provides through email, electronic forms, or other means will become part of RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN‘s files, which are duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Refusal to provide data classified as mandatory, indicated by an asterisk (*) in collection forms (if applicable), or failure to expressly or unequivocally accept this privacy policy, will make it impossible to provide the requested service to the User.
• The purposes of data processing include providing the services that the User may request, correctly identifying the User requesting personalized services, conducting statistical studies to improve the services provided, managing job applications and including them in future recruitment processes, conducting training activities, managing basic administrative tasks, and communicating, either by email or by other means, news, products, and services related to RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN or third-party collaborators that may be of interest (this last task always clearly identified as such).
• RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN is committed to treating the User’s data confidentially, and data will only be shared with third parties (defined as “RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN’s collaborating entities providing specific services to its clients or employees”) for the effective fulfillment of the services requested by the User. Otherwise, prior consent from the User will be requested.
• The User will, in any case, be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, with RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN reserving the right to exclude from registered services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to other applicable legal actions.
• RESTAURANTE GAYTÁN declares that it has taken all necessary measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the data provided by the User, in line with the applicable security level in its facilities, systems, and files, in accordance with the provisions of Title VIII of the LOPD Regulation (approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21). However, the User should be aware that current Internet security measures are not impregnable.
• The User may exercise the rights recognized by the LOPD, including access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, by submitting a written request addressed to Pccd Rest 2020 S.L. (Ref. Data Protection) at the postal address Cl. Espiritu Santo, 32 28004 Madrid (Spain) or via email to info@chefjavieraranda.com, specifying the right to be exercised and providing proof of identity.
